Recently, the crypto community continued to talk about Voyager’s latest action. Specifically, the platform transferred 1,500 ETH (about 2.77 million USD) and 250 billion SHIB (2.7 million USD) to Coinbase.
It is not clear what Voyager’s purpose is for this move, but mass-sending tokens to the exchange is often a sign that they will sell those tokens. Notably, the platform holds over a trillion Shiba Inu tokens, raising concerns about the impact on SHIB prices.
Immediately after this news was spread, SHIB suddenly dropped 5%, while ETH slipped slightly by 2%.

However, with the token transfer, the amount of cryptocurrency that Voyager is holding in the wallet decreased to $ 81.63 million.
Previously, in early March 2023, the platform liquidated $76.2 million in crypto assets.
This Voyager liquidation comes amid a sharp drop in the value of the cryptocurrency market by 5.6%.
Voyager’s three largest assets were liquidated including 58.1 million USD in ETH, 10.9 million USD in SHIB and 7.2 million USD in VGX, earning 407.34 million USDC.
Voyager’s addresses in this liquidation are mainly from Coinbase, Binance.US, and Wintermute.
